The hotel rises in the heart of the sunniest side of the island: Forio. It is situated at the end of the pedestrian-only area of the shopping street and the beginning of the coast road which leads to the Citara beach and the famous Poseidon Spa Gardens.

There are 105 rooms situated on three floors: the ground floor rooms have a private patio while most of the rooms on the second and third floors have a balcony.
